FAQs

How do I place an order?

Trade customers can order all standard size products and pay directly using their trade discount. All prices are listed at your exclusive trade price, which is 20% off RRP.

What happens if an item is out of stock?

If the rug you want to order is out of stock, standard lead times are, on average, 8-10 weeks for a hand-tufted rug and 4-5 months for a hand-knotted rug. Please contact our trade team for more information on in stock items, and exact lead times.

How do I order product samples?

You can order free wallpaper and fabric samples directly from the website.

For a fee of £60/€70/$75 (hand-tufted) and £130/€136/$158 (hand-knotted), we can loan a 50cm x 50cm sample of our rug designs; the amount is refunded once the sample has been returned to our London showroom. We organise and pay for shipping, and ask you to organise and pay for the return.

How can the trade team help me?

Custom quotes

Get in touch directly if you require a rug to suit a specific space. We can make tweaks to design colours and rug sizes to suit a particular colour scheme or size of space. Please do bear in mind, due to the amount of design detail, rugs can only be sized up. We can also advise on rugs that work well around items of furniture, such as dining tables, sofas or beds; suit larger areas or work for stairs and other tricky areas. Most of our rugs can be reproduced as a runner or circular rug too.

Virtual consultations

Stay up-to-date

If you have placed an order, your account manager will be able to advise what stage of production your rug is at, sharing progress throughout the rug’s journey, which you can share with your client.
